Acceptance

By using Document Merge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.

Service Description

Document Merge is a Google Docs add-on that lets users select Google Docs, choose their order, select a Google Drive destination folder, and create a merged Google Doc, PDF, or both. The add-on may also create an optional comments report when requested by the user.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you select, the output files you create, and your compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, and Google terms. You must not use Document Merge to process content that you do not have the right to access or combine.

Google Services

Document Merge works with Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Picker, Google Apps Script, and related Google APIs. Your use of those services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Privacy

Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the add-on, you acknowledge that the add-on uses Google user data only to provide the requested document merge features.

No Warranty

Document Merge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every document format or workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of Document Merge.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Document Merge after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
